Content Management System (CMS)

A content management system (CMS) is a software application equipped with a graphical user interface for creating and managing websites. Well-known content management systems (CMS) include WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, and Magento.


Cybersquatting (also known as domain squatting) is the practice of registering, trafficking in, or using an Internet domain name, with a bad faith intent to profit from the goodwill of another; of a website brand belonging to someone else.

In popular terms, “cybersquatting” is the term most frequently used to describe the deliberate, bad faith abusive registration of a domain name in violation of trademark rights.

Cybersquatting is an unethical practice that some individuals will engage in as a way to benefit from the credibility of another business. The action involves registering or using a domain name that uses or closely resembles the trademarked or registered name of an existing business.
